It takes all the para breaks out of my doc! D2D have given me a work-around, but I was wondering if it really is LibreOffice or something else. This is the first time I've ever had what seems to be a compatibility issue in a word processor doc.

I’ve not used D2D as yet. I am thinking of exploring it so interested in any replies to this.

Wendy H. Jones: What are your plans for today? I’m up, ready and raring to write. I’ve a children’s picture book to finish editing and an adult crime book to finish editing

I am downing the coffee so I can get the energy to dive back into editing my near future sci fi. I'm hoping to see the light at the end of the editing tunnel soon.

("You should write a book on this," said blogger friend Marilyn, and it seemed like a good idea at the time. Plus, I do have a lot of fun writing the entries for the section on homophones, titled "Give the Devil His 'Do.") Later today and this weekend, I'll be plotting fiction with my twin: we have a novel to finish, and a short story to expand into at least a novella, and some backstory to flesh out for one of the supporting-cast characters in yet another novel... less

Editing the back & front matter for a short story re-release, working on my novel WIP, prepping some promo materials for the re-release, figure out the steps I need to be compliant with the Smashwords Style Guide, AND take part in a live short story panel discussion on Hangouts... So, a pretty quiet day

I'd just like to wish all my fellow Americans a Happy Independence Day... Please be careful with fireworks, an observe any burn bans your local area might have in place.

The trouble is, of course, Amazon has launched the algorithms, and they might just find out without trying.

Finishing the formatting on my new romantic suspense novel. I wish I could use Vellum, but that's only available for macOS. I haven't found anything comparable for PCs yet.

Questions for anyone who happens to see this: How much of a problem is it for you as a reader when you see "headhopping" (viewpoint switching between characters within a scene, usually without even a transition) in a story? Do you overlook it/not notice at all, or is it a big annoyance, or somewhere in between?

Good morning all! I feel reborn when Daylight Savings kicks in. Any other poets around?
