When you click on the more tab does the post still get cut off at the end?

      Danielle Ross Hi.
My name is Danielle, but I use the pseudonym T. S. Rider on all my art and stories that I write. I am an avid reader since the summer before third grade. I remember, as a kid I was only allowed 10 books on my child's library card, but my mother was...  more

Thomas Weaver My name is Thomas. I'm an editor (more info here: https://northofandover.wordpress.com/editing/) as well as a writer; I specialize in science fiction (and a bit of fantasy) for both. My most recently completed project: editing my twin's latest novel, The...  more

Lucinda Moebius I know a few spammers get through the ranks.
I know it's frustrating, but the sign up process of this group actually assures these are real people and not robots.
I delete them and block their access as soon as I am aware they are here.
    They rarely last...  more

Lucinda Moebius I'm thinking about starting a monthly writing challenge.
Should I create a group for this or should I just make it part of the blog posts?
    Thoughts?

Thomas Weaver I'm not sure, other than, 'Whichever would get it seen by more people.'
    • Lucinda Moebius
Danielle Ross Maybe a little of both? Make a group for the folks who want to join you, and some blog posts to generate interest.

Lucinda Moebius I am not doing NANO this month.
I already have a work in progress and the pressure of doing a specific word count daily is too much at times.
I will set goals for myself.
What are you going to do to stay on top of your writng?

Thomas Weaver Writing a lot of words during November isn't my responsibility. EDITING some of the words other people wrote during November, once a few months have passed and they're satisfied with their revisions and whatnot: THAT is my responsibility. I've given...  more

Danielle Ross I do NaNo because the first time I did it, I had never completed a manuscript in less than several years. My first NaNo I managed to not only finish the 50K (was writing by hand) and reached "The End" of the story. Since then I have done NaNo every...  more
